Bifurcation Support on TX1330M2

Hello,

does the Mainboard D3373-A11 supports further Bifurcation?
On the Mainboard the CPU x16 is Bifurcated to 2x x8.
I want to use a Riser (D3352-A2) to Bifurcate one x8 into two x4.

Unfortunately, its not supported. Please, see datasheet of the mainboard. Hardware information attached
