Weird iRMC update procedure

Hello :)

Could someone explain to me in layman's terms how I should perform the procedure with the attached picture? When upgrading the iRMC firmware, the system requires an "AC FAIL" procedure. Should I disconnect the power or is it enough to remove one cable?

In layman's terms (I think):
YES, you should disconnect ALL power cords together, so that not a single one remains connected at any time.
NO, it's not enough to remove one single cable (which one or type, anyway...).

Hello

If prompted for an A/C fail, please detach all power cables from the server, wait a couple of seconds and then attach the cables back and start the server again.

You shall need to click "continue" and when the flashing is completed you should be prompted for an A/C fail.
