Hello,

We use Fujitsu ISM - infrastructure Manager (Express) to monitor 50 Fujitsu servers, with different Primergy models.

A few weeks ago I did an upgrade (patch) from ISM version 2.80.010 to 2.80.020 and after this all our Primergy RX2530M1 and Primergy RX2540M2, lost monitoring from ISM.
Every time i try to get node info on one off these models, its returns an error and had to restore the appliance (VM) to the previous version (v2.80.010).

Couldn’t find any documentation for ISM related with compatibility issues to these Primergy models.

Can this be an ISM bug or are these primergy models no longer suported?
We also have Primergy Rx200S8, witch is an older model that works with the most recent version of ISM.

Please see the attached ISM Support Matrix for supported models.


You can download the ISM Support Matrix via the following link:

This matrix contains support information for ISM versions 2.8.0 up to version 2.8.0.040.


Please check section Supported Models.
You will discover all the models you mentioned in your detailed description (RX2530 M1, RX2540 M2 and RX200 S8) even for the ISM 2.8.0.40 version.


In other words your models are supported. I am not aware about any related bug.


For further investigation a ism snap logbundle is always required that contains the error situation.


If you have further questions please open a new support request against an ISM support bundle (SWLxxxxxx).

Thanks for your reply.

It's a bug i am sure.

I did more testing and its not possible to add more servers (models RX2530M1 and RX2540M2) to ISM. Adding other models, for example RX2540M6 works fine.

We are using the free licensing so its not possible to submit a request support.

No other choice than to wait for somewone with ISM bundle to get this issue and submit to support.
