Hello guys,
I have a TX2560 M2 Primergy server and the goal is to connect 4 NVMe U.2 SSDs to the system using the following adapter - S26361-D3262-A100 (PCIESW_X16_4X4). I have already bought the adapter, the necessary cables (Mini SAS HD to U.2) and two Samsung PM9A3 2.5" U.2 disks. I am placing the disks each in its own caddy at the very top 3,5" bay. I take power directly from one of the backplanes via this cable T26139-Y3930-V601(LTG SATA FULL PWR) and use this splitter (https://www.delock.com/produkt/60105/merkmale.html) to provide power to 2 drives. When I connect everything as described above and boot the system, the drives do not show up in Windows. I measured the volts coming from the backplane power port and it turns out that it provides 5V and 12V which are ok to power conventional HDDs, but it turns out that the NVMe disks require 3.3V along with 12V. Where can I get these 3.3Volts from and be able to power my disks?
Thank you very much for the help in advance,
Regards,
Vladimir
