[RX2560 M1] Event 25004 in System Event Log

[RX2560 M1] Event 25004 in System Event Log

Hi,

I have a RX2560 M1 with a PRAID EP420i. In the iRMC System Event Log I get a lot of Major Severity Events with Error Code: 41000E and the event description "Driver Monitor: Event 25004".
The board has the latest BIOS (V5.0.0.9 R1.42.0) and the EP420i has the latest firmware (24.21.0-0076).

I couldn't find anything about the error code. Can someone tell me more or point me in the right direction what this event means?

Hello,
please use the below action plan o resolve the issue:

1. Uninstall ServerView Agents package.
2. Reboot the server
3. Delete content of these folders:
a. C:\Program Files (x86)\Fujitsu\ServerView Suite\Agents
b. C:\Program Files\Fujitsu\ServerView Suite\Agents
c. C:\Windows\Temp\Server Control\EM_UPDATE
d. C:\ProgramData\ServerView Suite\Managed Node\Server Control\EM_UPDATE\UpdateRepository
e. C:\ProgramData\ServerView Suite\Managed Node\Server Control\EM_UPDATE\Temp
f. C:\ProgramData\ServerView Suite\Managed Node\Server Control\EM_UPDATE\UpdateJob
4. Remove from Bin.
5. Install ServerView Agents from this link:
