note from Fujitsu Technician :
unfortunately the ServerView - Agent package in version 10.00.04 contains a bug which causes the System Monitor to be not available. A fix will be implemented in a newer version which is already under development.
With Guidance i downgraded to version 9.80.12 and VOILA .. Page is accessable again.
(and i am reccomended to upgrade again to 10.00.04, something i will NOT do )
SO : Create Ticket with Fujitsu. They guide you through the steps
Cause i donot know your system, most likely the steps to take, may differ from steps i had to take for MY system.
Be advised to contact Fujitsu
