System Monitor no longer available after update

After installing the updates offered in the system monitor, Management Agent from V. 9.80.04 to 10.00.04 and restarting the server, the system monitor can no longer be reached (https://localhost:3172/ssm/desktop) ERROR 404

Does anybody has a clue , workaround or solution to get it working again ?

note from Fujitsu Technician :
unfortunately the ServerView - Agent package in version 10.00.04 contains a bug which causes the System Monitor to be not available. A fix will be implemented in a newer version which is already under development.

With Guidance i downgraded to version 9.80.12 and VOILA .. Page is accessable again.
(and i am reccomended to upgrade again to 10.00.04, something i will NOT do )

SO : Create Ticket with Fujitsu. They guide you through the steps :-)

Cause i donot know your system, most likely the steps to take, may differ from steps i had to take for MY system.

Be advised to contact Fujitsu
