PRIMERGY TX1330 M4 -Power unit: soft power control failure

Postby Steph4n » Wed Dec 01, 2021 22:39

Start up fails and error message in system event log is :

At system power on sequence the PSU only provides the standby voltage

Check for overtemperature of the power supply
Check for overcurrent in System Event Log
Check for short circuit
Retry to power system on.
Disconnect AC and wait 30 seconds before reconnect.
Replace power distribution board if installed otherwise replace PSU

Replacing PSU (S26113-F575-L13 - 450Watt Wirkungsgrad: 80 PLUS Platinum) has no effect. Is there something besides replacing power distribution board i could try?

Kind regards
Stephan
