3.3V STBY:'Voltage low critical: 3.23 Volt

Hi All,
We have Fujitsu Primergy BX400, recently shutdown and turn off the power due to some works.
After 24 Hrs we started the server, so currently I am having this issue.

3.3V STBY:'Voltage low critical: 3.23 Volt (Alert Group - System Power)
May I know what is causing this issue and how to resolve.
