Primergy tx1310 m1 infinite beeps

Hello everyone!
This server just stopped working and emits 3 short beeps in a infinite bucle.
I replaced the RAM with new ones, disconnected everything, reset the bios, changed the bios battery, cleaned the ram sticks and ram sockets. Just nothing, only the 3 infinite beeps.
What do you think could be the problem?

Sorry but it's impossible to get any log, because it can't load the bios. I only get the 3 short beeps in bucle. No image, nothing.
