RX2530 M2 Windows 2019 Std Server Install Issue

We have an older Fuji RX2530 M2 and our third-party support just ended and we cannot find another vendor to support this. We are attempting to install Windows 2019 Server Std using the ServerView Deployment tool. The install seems to finish, however when it boots from the install files on the hard drive we get the message "Windows cannot open the required file c:\sources\install.wim Make sure the required files are available and restart the installation error code 0x08007000D. After closing this error the ServerView gives error level 31. Have done numerous searches and Fuji has closed our open support ticket because our support expired during the support ticket process. Any assistance would be appreciated. I have attached picture of the contents of the winpetool_logfile.txt

Have you tried different image of WS2019?

If so, please send me PrimeCollect for hardware verification.
