Lan Error in PRIMERGY RX2530 M2

Fujitsu DynamicLoM Emulex OCl14000-LOM network card connections appear as disconnected cable,however the cable is plugged into the server's network card.
- We have verified that the cables are connected to the network
- We have verified that the network card has the correct drivers installed
- We have tested the 4 connections of the network card and the same happens in all.
- we have tried disabling and enabling network connections, but it is not solved
