CPU Voltage low critical

Postby jka » Tue Sep 22, 2020 14:04

Hi folks,

I have PRIMERGY RX2540 M1. If I go to "Sensors > Voltage" - I see CPU power as Low critical.
The same error is available in event log as "CPU 1.05V': Voltage low critical : 0.92 Volt".

It also shows Error LED as blinking. I guess that is because of the issue with CPU Power.

The server is running the latest firmware, both PSUs are functional.

Please check the attachments.

Any thoughts?

Best regards
YAZ

Hi Ask Fujitsu,

I guess you are working directly in the Fujitsu. Why does it take so long to get a response to the questions and why some of the questions on the forum are not event answered for a few months?

I went through some of the questions on the forum and I realized it doesn't work like most of IT vendor forums. There is no direct help by Fujitsu, but only asking for S/N to and you don't get the solution at the end, except contacting again. Very sorry to see how it works.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Best
Yaz
