PRIMERGY RX2530 M5 missing device driver

Postby martin.gospodinov » Tue Jul 14, 2020 12:17

Hello. I have a problem with a device, that doesn't have a driver. The server machine is PRIMERGY RX2530 M5 D3383-B13. The OS is Windows Server 2019 Standard. The device shows as "Coprocessor" with the following Hardware IDs : "PCI\VEN_1734$DEV_1228&SUBSYS_12561734&REV_00". This seems to be a Fujitsu device. I've already installed Chipset and Matrox graphic card driver. What can I do?

It's probably this driver missing...

If it isn't, simply check this manufacturer's site for other supplemental drivers (after entering your serial number or system type, and the desired OS).

For future installations, you might want to leverage the benefits of installing your server using the server installation manager DVD, which features an automatic selection of all the required drivers (for the system type detected and OS selected).

Indeed it was that driver. Actually I downloaded all drivers, put them into one folder and made Windows choose the best driver so it worked. But I have another problem - when entering my server serial number here I get drivers for the LAN cards "PLAN EP X710-DA4 4x10Gb SFP+". But when I check in Device manager, it shows 4 LAN cards as "Intel Ethernet Connection X722 for 10GbE SFP+" and the OS has automatically installed a Microsoft driver.
Interesting. Tried DeskUpdate and when I run it (elevated) I get the following error :
DuCore.GetListOfEvaluatedPackages....ErrorCode: 646
