Hello everyone
I have a little problem in setting up the email alert in the iRMC S4 web server.
We do not have own mail server, we use an O365 account for the alert on the devices in the office. I have tried the same settings on a Nas, and it is working properly.
On my server, I always run into DNS error:
2020/03/02 10:49:57 INFO 24003F PAGING: iRMC S4 'admin' Email - Info: DNS failed
This leads me to the DNS settings, and that's where I'm lost, I have tried to modify the settings, bot none of may settings were correct. I do not find anything about that in Google, so my attempts were based on another brands settings, where the DNS settings almost the same (and could be the cause of failed email sending). Changed the dns to the ISP dns, to the Google DNS, to the gateway, changed the irMC name to match the from email address, etc.
So, can someone point me to the right settings?
