I would like to replace my two xeon e5620 with two xeon x5670.

Are the currents heatsinks sufficient for the X5670 or should I replace them ?

Hello,
most probably, you don't need different heat sinks, I reckon...
According to Illustrated Spares, there are only two different HS available for your PRIMERGY model, and none of them shows any relation to TDP, which only slightly differs for the two processor types you mentioned (80W vs. 95W)
Unless someone from FTS would explain the differences of the two spares (other than age), I'd assume that all officially released processors will work fine with the same HS in your system.

Hi! Sorry for the reboot but i have a TX200 too and i want to know if supports 2 x xeon x5690. I know officially that maximum is the x5670 as say the data sheet but i have this doubt. Do you know any case in which they could mount the x5690 even though the tdp is greater?

As you can conclude from the list of available processors in Illustrated spares (link see above), the X5690 is one the procs delivered by Fujitsu themselves, so I would think that this CPU is supported with the available spares for this machine.

That is great news. Not being included in the cpus list of this model I feared the worst. Thank you very much for the information. I didn't know that list.
