Primergy TX120 S3, constant high ventilation

Good morning everyone.
I have a Primergy TX120 S3 server with a problem.
Everything works correctly and does not show any errors, but it constantly has the fans at a high speed, from the moment it is turned on.
Is there any way to fix this?

I have the same problem.

There is some way to fix this problem???

In Serverview software only show 2 coolers, but any errors. The server has 4 coolers, 2 system, 1 of power supply and 1 of CPU.
