going from raid 1 to raid 5

Hello,

running OS on a raid 1 today, have an extra disk and would like to convert the raid 1 to a raid5 with Three disks.

is this possible without loosing any data on the disks?
Server is a PRIMERGY TX2560 M1
raid controller: PRAID CP400i

Yes I think this should be possible. In ServerView RAID Manager, look under RAID Level Migration. Can take some time, suggest you find a quiet time to do it and (just in case) ensure you have a complete backup.
