UPDATING FIRMWARE PRIMEQUEST and PRIMERGY

Hi, I'm new to the Fujitsu brand.

I am trying to update the firmware of PRIMEQUEST 2800E and PRIMERGY RX2540M servers; I would like to know where I download the packages to update and if they could provide me with a brief procedure.

If you have the serial numbers of the servers, you should be able to find the downloads on http://support.ts.fujitsu.com. However, with the PRIMEQUEST in particular, I would no recommend working on it unless you have done some training and understand the consequences of your activities.
