is there a possibility to activate Trim support for SSDs on these Raid Controller?

Though I'm German myself, I'll answer here, because the doubled thread in the German part of the forum did not yet get answered.

Windows will not be able to activate Trim on these SSDs, because Windows does not actually see them at all. Windows only sees a Virtual Drive, with not the faintest idea of the underlying physical devices.

It would require support by the driver and the controller's firmware to decide on performing Trims, and I personally doubt that you will get this for this not quite recent controller...
