HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOT THIS PROBLEM. I AM ALSO CHECK RAM AND RAM SLOT
ITS OUT OF WARRANTY .PLZ HELP ME

PLZ DO NOT YELL EVERYTHING YOU CAN SIMPLY say. Ever heard about the term "netiquette"? From your nickname we can clearly conclude that your keyboard is capable of lower case letters as well. Thank you.

Anyway:
Does the server operate normally, but only shows the Global Error LED being lit?
Or does it not boot at all?
Or even does not power on?

Did you try to connect to the iRMC's web interface already? That's an onboard component providing access to vital physical parts & parameters, even if the machine is switched off. This web interface also features a list of error log messages. One of these messages should point you to the reason for the LED being lit.
