2.5" drive bays

Postby thewinelake » Wed Dec 10, 2014 8:36

Got a Primergy Rx100s8 and it arrived in the sff form, which I wasn't really wanting, but...

I've been investigating caddies for use with SSD and it seems that they all have the hinge on the right-hand-side when the caddy is in the appropriate orientation for putting the drive with the SATA connectors at the base of the unit.

However, the notches on the case into which the spigot engages when the door closes are on the left. What am I doing wrong?!

If you purchase the SSD from a Fujitsu reseller, then the disks normally come with a caddy.
