PRIMERGY, SPARC Enterprise Server, PRIMEFLEX, PRIMEPower, BS2000

I have a rx 300 s7 server. windows 2008 r2 enterprise version installed on it. So in event view i saw this error message: Temperature sensor 'Ambient' in cabinet 0 of server SRV0012 is broken or not connected. Event id 12024. The server is new, never used before. I bought it from Dubai.

Try to use sensor information menu at iRMC console of your machine.
Connect through web-interface to iRMC then left menu-tree -- Sensors -- Fans.
There you'll see statuses of all fans in the system.
