Hard disk broken

Hard disk broken

Dear members

I have Fujitsu Primergy RX200 S5 server but this server's hard disks always fail in last year. Below log message is displayed on Raid Manager may many times. Please explain to me what is mean of message below!

Adapter FTS RAID 5/6 SAS based on LSI MegaRAID (0): Unexpected sense: Disk (4), CDB:28 00 1E 6D 0A F1 00 00 01 00, Sense:(drive media failed, unrecovered read error)F0 00 03 1E 6D 0A F1 0A 00 00 00 00 11 00 81 80 00 96

I would say it means you have a broken hard disk. Unrecovered read errors on drive 4 :mrgreen:

Replace the disk.

One other thing though - are ALL the messages for drive 4? If not you need to get your local support to look at it a bit closer
