Hello,

I have installed a the Fujitsu ServerView Operations Manager (6.20.07) on a VM (Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1) and everything is working fine, except for the email alarm forwarding.
After configuring my exchange account and destination email i have tested the service but an error shows on the pop up Window (test) - " SMTP-Mail could not be sent: '255' ".
Reading the manual of ServerView Operations Manual didn't help, because the instructions on how to proceed are few and a bit confusing.
I have also tried to disable firewall on the server and configure a Google email SMTP account but the error message is the same.

Does anyone have alarm email message configured sucessfully on ServerView Operations Manager 6.20.07?
I had ServerView Operations Manager 4.9xx on another server (Windows 2003) and it worked fine, but is no longer supported by java 7xx, that's why i moved to 6.20.07.

The problem with sending e-mail from the Fujitsu ServerView system:
The SMTP-Mail could not be sent: '-1073741819'

Is being solved with installing .Net Framework 3.5 from Windows Add/Remove Features.
