P.S. No, just changing -jre 1.6 to -jre 1.7 does not help at all, nor does uninstall/reinstall or anything similar. Nothing else has any trouble locating JRE on this system. This has lasted for quite a couple of recent versions (6.11.xx).
Conclusion: There's something seriously wrong with your SSM.exe/SCM.exe. Sigh.
