ServerView RAID Manager fails to start

I have a problem with the ServerView RAID Maneger(version number 3.1.9,operating system:WIN 2003 ENTERPRISE E). The service service depends on the following nonexistent service: mr2kserv.
I started m2kserv service but the ServerView RAID Manager service didn't start.
When I try to start the service it send the following error message : Error: 997 Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.
I found two application logs in the event viewer.The first wrote this error message:Can't read the configuration and the second:The initialization process failed.

Can anybody help me in this issue?

Is your networking configured so that the hostname can be resolved to an IP address? ServerView RAID relies on this information during startup.

What do you mean exactly with that hostname can be resolved to an IP address?

My server have 2 networking card , and it serverview raid worked well
i had this problem after install filemaker server ,and bonjour
