Please follow the standard mouse troubleshooting to fix the issue:
1.Check the mouse for hardware damage.
2.Clean the mouse and bottom sensor.
3.Replace the batteries.
4.Check in a different USB port.
5.Connect the mouse directly to the system’s USB port (do not use Port Replicators / Docking Stations).
6.Use the mouse on an appropriate surface (use a mouse pad).
7.Update the drivers from
https://support.ts.fujitsu.com/8.Use a completely different but standard mouse (wireless) to exclude device failure.
