N7100e - Scan to SharePoint "ONLINE"

Hi,
I'm tring to setup "scan to Sharepoint ONLINE" not on Premise but it dosn't work and the regular Support from Fujitsu don't answer me. :evil:
I always receive the Error code 80131500.

Can anybody help me?

Did someone found a solution for this problem? I'm getting the same error code after manually importing the "DigiCert Global Root CA" on the scanner.
