Silverline always restart

My Silverline (Athlon 1.0 GHz, Geforce2 mx, 40GB HD, GA-7ZX Mainboard) restarts automatically. That with WinME and Windows 2000. All newest drivers and BIOS versions are installed.<P>Thanx for all tips
