being messed around with warranty repair

hi<P>ive been having trouble with my power supply, and fujustu have failed to come and repair the fault (delivery problems apparently). is there a point (it used to be 28 days with PC World) where i can say thats enough and demand a replacement. Ive scanned the warranty documents and they seem to be more about getting themselves out of everything rather that helping customers<P>thanks<BR>
