Help Me, serious problem with D1875 mainboard

I am a lot of using type D1875 with P4-2.4 GHZ (box). Previous have never met the problem. But latterly the combination always "hang" moment restart from windows XP. how its solution?

Bios 1.05 only can recognize the existence of P4-2.4 GHZ. just that Problem "Hang" remain to be arise. Help me.
