An old question, I know, but I can't find a definitive answer to how to read pdf files on the N520. I installed Acrobat 2.0 but it said it wasn't the correct version and while it worked after a fashion, it also 'hung' when trying to close the application. What do others do in order to read pdf files?

Thanks again, but it still seems strange not to be able to charge in the off state as one can with a notebook computer. But the answer obviously is to just keep the device in suspend mode when not in use.

My N520 will not charge when it is completely powered off - it will only charge when in suspend mode or when switched on. Is this normal?
