Interesting that here the photo and schematic layouts of the MB do not fit each other: there is not any ISA on the photo... Also may be you could find some hints from here. Did you upgrade any components of the PC?

If you did then this probably would be a lack of power.
If you did not then you would want to bring your PC to a service center and they will replace some parts (MB/CPU/video)...

A sticker must be somewhere on the box. There are model name and (more important) serial number on it.
Of course, if this is not just a box from F-S, but a complete system.
