I saw the same problem. Pushing on the start button for a long time, it eventually start !
You could also start the BIOS using the start and the sound button +

I had the problem so I Ask the support. I have to upgrade the BIOS, be sure to install lastest driver and Tools from Fujitsu support and install Intel stuff
