Now that it appears you might be able to run Windows 11 on an "old" computer I'd lke to ask if my AH532 Lifebook, bought new in 2012, could possibly have a TPM 1.2 module on the motherboard?
I had a similar-ish problem with a Western Digital SSD in an old desktop. It was usable but WD's own diagnostic software would not find it. If I tried the drive in my laptop all was fine. My conclusion was that WD's software would not run properly under an AMD cpu but an Intel cpu was ok.
