If I created a "standard volume type" on a Thin Provisioning Pool will it do dedupe and thin provisioning? ( I do not what this volume to do either)

Does the eternus DX80 S2 have a best practice for provisioning VMs in vSphere as far as thick eager zeroed vs thick lazy zeroed?

We are implementing a DX80 S2 and I was wondering if users are putting OS's on one LUN and data on another? We do not have any high IOPS requirements so I am leaning towards not separating Also is it recommended to put the vSWAP on it's on LUN?
