Update: I decided to send it in for a repair. They replaced the keyboard and now it works perfect!

One more thing. Can i remove separate keys? I would like to remove the "n" key and the numeric pad "1" key. Now it works better and better and the only troublesome keys are those two.

I have the similar problem. Some of my keys does not work. For example the nunmeric keypad 1, the normal 8 (occasionally), shift + h.
