Hi, did the Bios reload, installed the Codec pack, quit Skype & Youcam. Webcam turned on. Opened Webcam Test Tool. Same report "This Graph Cannot Preview"

Hi, the roll-back option was greyed out so I manually installed the v1840 driver. This doesn't seem to have made any difference. YouCam still reports Cannot Connect. The webcam test tool still says "This Graph cannot preview". I have checked the driver version is definitely reverted to 8.1...
