Hi, If this is at the point where the XP installation is asking for which partition/disk to install to then it is the same as the problems I was having. See the "Installation Problems" thread in this forum. If it is later than that, it may be related - what make of 500gb disk are you using...

Folks, Another update to save someone else some time. Spoke to customer services today and they said that the machine only support up-to 250GB Sata drives.... They have now updated their information to stop everyone at Maplin trying to sell you a 320GB drive with the unit... Purchased a 250GB Hitach...
