the fan should eventually stop normally they stop quite quickly, if it doesn't stop, it would be quite surprising because that would mean that your power supply is pulling power from the mains just to keep powering the Fan, even when the system is off. The above post should work if your Scaleo P has a Realtek HD Audio device.

If not you will need to find the driver for it somewhere else.

Basically I unplugged my Hard drive, plugged another 15GB Hard drive in, and it had a Non OEM XP PRO, with the exact same hardware minus my hard drive, so i am left thinking that the problem is either the Hard drive or the OEM Installation

I have a Scaleo P and I have been able to boot from it, in the bios go to boot priority or boot order one of the two and simply change the order, USB should be in there somewhere as I have done.
