Hi can I replace the PSU in the p2540 with any standard atx psu or are they 'special' to fujitsu?

When switch my P2530 on at mains socket the psu powers up but doesn't boot the computer, if I leave it it switches itself off and I can start it from the power on button. This happens everytime the mains socket is switched on.
