I've contacted Fujitsu Siemens and they refuse to do anything seeing as they dont class this as being covered under warranty. Any ideas?

It's a black V5505, but it's getting blacker. I can't think of any reason other than shoddy paint, I don't sweat that much and I certainly don't use vaseline.
