After a few tests, the max speed is due the EXTERNAL USB box (rif. point b)!!!

P.S. For complete know the INTERNAL USB hub isn't PCI but is connected to motherboard with a 9-pin cable

After installation of Anytime USB Charge Utility 1.00.10.005 ( 13.01.2012) on my XP Prof SP3, i start the programm but
