Hello, I think you can use the slipstream cd that are on this forum. On the first look the Pi2515 use the same drivers. (Same Sata, audio, lan and wireless drivers.) start skype go to tools -> options, then under general chose video settings.
Enable skype Video an you can start using your webcam.
Your webcam must be enabeld before starting skype. (fn + F7) Green licht must be on.

You can use it for an external 2.5"Hd. You don't need a y-cable(2 usb ports).
You can also charge your Gsm with it.

Works fine on my laptop(Pi2530) with Windows Vista, Windows Xp, skype and msn.
