I may be wrong but I remember Transcend produces a 4GB 150X (not SDHC) memory.

If You can't wait for some minutes for fix, why don't You simply buy an external antenna to continue to use the built-in GPS (that is great according to me)? You'll surely obtain a better signal reception (and by a cheaper solution too )

according to me N560 screen is too bright (also @ lowest brightness setting).
Could Fujitsu Siemens release a patch to offer lower brightness levels?
Do You know if a tweak is available to solve this problem?
