I think you're missing the Front USB/VGA Breakout Cable
This cable consists out of a VGA connector and 2 USB connectors it enables you to connect your USB CD-ROM drive to the server.

First of all you should enable USB legacy support in your servers BIOS.
Next to that you need to change some settings in your RSB card.
Unfortunately I'm not sure which settings anymore.

You are right, it is not possible to create a RAID 5 with a LSI SAS 1068 -2107 IME controller.
If you want you could update your server with a SAS Zero Channel Raid controller.
