I apologise for taking so long to get back to you on this.

Anyway, I found that my computer does take about 5 hours to recharge.

I should say that this is with the computer running (don't know if the charge time would be any less if the computer were off).

I have a M6450G. I'm not sure what the battery charge time is, I've never timed it, but I will run down my battery then recharge it to see how long it takes, then get back to you.

I have an idea, though, that it is at least 'several' hours.
