Re: Update firmware for RAID and HBA: D3307 and D3327

One way to contact support could be here, I assume.

And I doubt that it could be possible to register distinct spare parts like single controllers. The registration is probably for complete computer devices (PRIMERGY servers, notebooks, etc.) only.

Re: Onboard VGA not working if GPU plugged in TX300 S7

Thanks for your update, it might help others fairly well.

It might help even more, if you mentioned some more details  :
- type & brand of the GPU
- slot used
- perhaps hints for using the GPU inside your VM

Re: Upgrade ram S936

No you don't have to and yes you can.
Whether the memory stick you actually hold will operate properly in your device needs to be tested nevertheless. But you definitely won't be stopped by the different max (!) speed indication of that stick.

Re: Update firmware for RAID and HBA: D3307 and D3327

Sorry for the late reply, but here it comes: Well, it's strange sometimes :-) When you search through their download pages (BTW: design seems to have changed from yesterday ;-)), select e.g. RX2540M5 with OS Win 2019, you'll find both "PSAS CP200i" and "PSAS CP200i for LTO", but ...

Re: Update firmware for RAID and HBA: D3307 and D3327

Hi, with your thanks line at the end, you're excluding about half of the possibly helpful readers of your post  ... Anyway, for downloads simply navigate to FTS's website , and enter the controller model name (e.g. "PSAS CP400i") into the search box at top right. This works for both ...

Re: Windows on TX300S8

No, sorry, not right spot-on... But some things I'd try: - Load BIOS Setup defaults - Install latest BIOS/iRMC firmware versions - Try different USB socket/device, resp. check device on a different hardware - Remove everything from the machine that hasn't been delivered by the manufacturer Good luck!

Re: Onboard VGA not working if GPU plugged in TX300 S7

Well, "Server Management" actually IS iRMC, and the "onboard graphics adapter" is built into that management device, to allow for the AVR feature mentioned  ... The translation in the English language manual , page 39, doesn't read differently, as it probably had been execu...

Re: Onboard VGA not working if GPU plugged in TX300 S7

I'm afraid that the final sentence from "Ask Fujitsu" is just plain correct: By adding the external card to the server the onboard card will be disabled, this is by design. The bios parameter you refer to doesn't actually seem to mean that you can enable/disable the onboard graphics unit (...

Re: CPU Upgrade TX300 S7

Laut Illustrated Spares gibt es für TX300s7 nur die CPUs ohne Zusatz "vX".
Die v2-Xeons funktionieren erst ab TX300s8.

Re: System Event Log error codes

I'm afraid that this error code "0D0015" and the text "Reboot by hardware reset" represent the same thing, and the code itself does not point to some clearer problem source... I'd suggest to try to boot the server with a live system from CD/DVD; either Windows or some brand of Li...

Re: Lifebook E754 beeping while working

Just a shot in the dark:
- Run a physical disk checker like Crystal Disk Info
- Check Windows's System Event Log for any hints on physical disk errors

From what you wrote, I'd assume a failing disk, that tries to access a block on a track, misses, and rezeroes...

Re: TRAT CADDY TX1330M4 E-212

Yes, from my own experience, I think I can confirm that you could try to insert your own disks. Please note ALL the words, especially "could try to" ;-) And, as I wrote before, you'll not get FTS's warranty for any later damage or unclear problem reasons, of course. Any future issues will ...

Re: TRAT CADDY TX1330M4 E-212

The serial number of your machine is something like Yabcxxxxxx. "s26361-k644-a644" is more like type identifier, yet unknown to me. From your description, I assume that you received a 3.5" kit version, with no (zero) disks installed, hence the four "plastic caddies" that I m...

Re: TRAT CADDY TX1330M4 E-212

Sorry, I don't know Italian well, so the following is based on an automated translation: - IF you actually bought your TX1330M4 in 2.5-inch configuration, it's probably best to return the box, and order the appropriate kit version (3.5 basic/medium/maximum) with disks installed. - IF you bought the ...

Re: Primergy TX100 S3P, adding a USB3 card?

According to Illustrated_Spares, you could try to get this item
S26361-D3305-A10-1 38024661 USB 3.0 Interface Card D3305
But because W10 is unsupported for your PRIMERGY server, anyway, you could try any other card that fits into one of the unused slots in your box as well.
