Re: Release Date und EOL für Primergy Servers

Auf support.ts.fujitsu.com klicken auf "Garantie" (Warranty), Seriennummer eintippen, Weiter klicken, auf der Ausgabeseite unten rechts lesen "Ende vom Produkt Support" (End of Product Support == EOL).
Z.B. RX2540M1 -> 31.03.2022

Das Release-Datum ist/war i.A. 5 Jahre vorher.

Re: Illustrated_Spares has vanished

Just in case someone else also likes the comprehensive information provided by Illustrated Spares parts lists, the new/current link now is this . Note the "isc_" inserted, and let's see how long this will last... And thanks to G**gle, but NOT to "Ask Fujitsu" (the search function...

Re: PRIMERGY RX2530 M5 missing device driver

It's probably this driver missing... If it isn't, simply check this manufacturer's site for other supplemental drivers (after entering your serial number or system type, and the desired OS). For future installations, you might want to leverage the benefits of installing your server using the server ...

Re: Herstelldatum / Baujahr anhand Serialnummer

Dann poste doch mal irgendwelche Infos, mit denen man was anfangen koennte...

Re: Illustrated_Spares has vanished

Thanks for your response, but sorry for asking:
Did YOU actually find the desired information with the steps you provided?

I still do not, but that's probably caused by my own personal stupidity.

Illustrated_Spares has vanished

Hello Ask_Fujitsu (or anyone else who possibly knows): Where have the Illustrated_Spares gone? manuals.ts.fujitsu.com now redirects to an informational panel claiming that documentation was now available with the hardware products (which, in case of software information like ServerView, is simply no...

Re: AH530

Oh dear... Why not read the datasheet , esp. paragraphs "High connectivity" on first page, and "Audio features" later on... Mircophone activation relies on settings made in setup and drivers loaded in OS used and certain applications started, but without any details from you, it'...

Re: Cache Write Back Configuration TX2540M1 Windows Domain Controller

That's expected behaviour... You've got rights to write to the folder, but don't have rights to list its contents. You probably wouldn't want other people than Fujitsu to download your stuff, would you? At least, FTS don't want to provide a public file share folder to everyone on the web, I reckon :...

Re: Primergy TX140 S1p 64GB RAM possible ?

I suppose it won't, after checking the two links below:
Intel's website on E5-1220 v2
Fujitsu's datasheet on TX140s1p
Both state that with the hardware given, the max amount of mem is in fact 32GB.

Of course, you might still take a chance as mentioned...

Re: Update firmware for RAID and HBA: D3307 and D3327

One way to contact support could be here, I assume.

And I doubt that it could be possible to register distinct spare parts like single controllers. The registration is probably for complete computer devices (PRIMERGY servers, notebooks, etc.) only.

Re: Onboard VGA not working if GPU plugged in TX300 S7

Thanks for your update, it might help others fairly well.

It might help even more, if you mentioned some more details  :
- type & brand of the GPU
- slot used
- perhaps hints for using the GPU inside your VM

Re: Upgrade ram S936

No you don't have to and yes you can.
Whether the memory stick you actually hold will operate properly in your device needs to be tested nevertheless. But you definitely won't be stopped by the different max (!) speed indication of that stick.

Re: Update firmware for RAID and HBA: D3307 and D3327

Sorry for the late reply, but here it comes: Well, it's strange sometimes :-) When you search through their download pages (BTW: design seems to have changed from yesterday ;-)), select e.g. RX2540M5 with OS Win 2019, you'll find both "PSAS CP200i" and "PSAS CP200i for LTO", but ...

Re: Update firmware for RAID and HBA: D3307 and D3327

Hi, with your thanks line at the end, you're excluding about half of the possibly helpful readers of your post  ... Anyway, for downloads simply navigate to FTS's website , and enter the controller model name (e.g. "PSAS CP400i") into the search box at top right. This works for both ...

Re: Windows on TX300S8

No, sorry, not right spot-on... But some things I'd try: - Load BIOS Setup defaults - Install latest BIOS/iRMC firmware versions - Try different USB socket/device, resp. check device on a different hardware - Remove everything from the machine that hasn't been delivered by the manufacturer Good luck!
