I have the same issue on Lifebook E8310, E8110 and some Esprimo E PCs. I havent found any solution for this, so I switched to USB mice and the problem is gone

Take the RAM out of the notebook, check if there's any dust in the RAM slot, clean the contacts on the RAM with a piece of paper (paper is like very very fine sandpaper).
