[Pi2550] drivers for XP

I would like to install WIN XP on Amilo Pi 2550. On this website are only drivers for Vista. Is it possible that Fujitsu-Siemens release drivers for XP. I read in this forum that there should be problem with wireless drivers if I download them enywhere else...

You can download the wireless drivers from Intel, I've already updated my Vista drivers and they work fine

bcoz i bought my pi 2550 in germany and the windows is in Deutsch and i don't know how to change it into english (except upgrade to vista ultimate), so I'm thinking to downgrade it to xp. but i check in this site that the only os that supported with pi 2550 is vista.

You can find all the XP drivers on other sites, mostly Intel, most of the Intel drivers are for XP and Vista in one package anyway, and the drivers on this site are old, you will probably need to get modified ATI drivers, but thats easy enough, or borrow a Vista DVD

Hello

If asked the same question in the german forum and i'll write there all the drivers you need if it works.

Now if've installed Windwos XP Pro. But there are 2 problems for the moment:
1. the windows shake if you move them
2. and also if you scroll with your mouse the Explorer the windows shake

The reasons therefor are the missing graphic driver. If've nowhere found them and all want i've found i cannot install because the installation stopps. If somebody know a site where i can download them, then write it please.

Anybody can suggest what I need to do (drivers?) and where to download the required driver stuff?

I am struggling for past 3 days..quick help will be greatly appreciated.

You will need to integrate SATA drivers into the XP Installation. I used nLite to do this. PM me and I'll explain more. I also have all the XP drivers for the Amilo PI2550 (tested and 110% working)

You can just download Windows XP Extreme Edition.

It includes SP3 and more than 2GBs of drivers.
I use this pack of Windows on many PCs, including at the offices, I administrate.

On AMILO Pi2550 u'll have 2 problems:
1) No driver for webcam will be installed automatically
2) I have some unknown device and i don't know, whats this, everything works great

The first problem solves easyly. You'll need to find drivers for BisonCam (as for me - webcam is useless thing, this one - especially.) I got em in 1 minute of googling.


Just download Extreme Edition and have no problems and no headache with SATA drivers on installation and drivers installation on first boot. With this pack u'll be ready to work with all the devices of ur Notebook at first run of XP (even 3D Graphics).

Interface is English, but u can install MUI and have any language u need. I install Russian - works perfecly.
